We had a very good experience at Insignia Resorts and thanks to their welcoming team. Had a great food experience too. Shahi daal and breakfast was awesome. Rooms sizes privacy safety and hot water electricity lcd tv Heater everything was available all facilities were good to go. 100% recommendations to the families for peaceful stay with good management Team.

Excellent experience. Food was too delicious. Staff was very very friendly and obediant. Wheelchair accessible rooms were added points and that was my point of decision at that point as my mother is on wheelchair. They didn't charged for 2 additional breakfasts, when we booked the apartment they said 4 breakfast complimentary, however, we were 6 people including 2 children and they didn't charged anything for them. Lawn was good, its excellent for people who likes quiet place and spend quality time with friends and family.

I visited Insignia Resort today for dinner, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The ambiance was beautiful, especially with the warm lighting and peaceful surroundings. A corporate group was also there during my visit, and it was fun watching them enjoy their activities it added a lively and cheerful vibe to the place. The food was absolutely delicious. The live BBQ was a highlight, and the bonfire made the evening even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have a cinema hall, which is a unique touch and adds to the overall charm of the resort. The service was perfect quick, attentive, and genuinely warm. Both the owner and the staff were highly cooperative and made sure everything was comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend Insignia Resort for a relaxing and memorable outing.

When it suggests Muzaffarabad Road, take the shorter, more scenic path instead. Once you reach the McDonald's in Murree, turn left towards Lower Topa. This saved us a significant amount of time and was a much more pleasant drive. Now, onto the resort — our family had a wonderful stay, and the value we received was exceptional. We visited during the off-season and were thrilled to take advantage of their special off-season discount. The standard room prices start from just PKR 14,000, which for everything included, is an absolute steal for a family. What makes that price so great? Firstly, the massive, exclusive 4.5-kanal lawn gave our kids a safe, private park to run around in while we enjoyed the stunning panoramic views. Recently, we stayed at Insignia Resort and were thoroughly impressed. The ambience, vibrant interior, and lush green garden offered everything one could ask for to truly enjoy the beauty of nature. What stood out the most was their exceptional hospitality. The way the staff made us feel welcome, even when we requested random cups of tea at odd hours, was remarkable. Their owner, Mr. Daniyal, took care of even the tiniest things, and his team members Imtiaz, Umar, Abid and others were looking after the guests exceptionally well. It's been a week since we returned, yet we're already planning our next trip back. Insignia has certainly won our hearts!

Even though a section of the road leading up to the hotel can be a little steep (but not very difficult to drive), everything, ranging from interior design to the service is nothing short of spectacular. There are many windows overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains and horizon. I was most surprised, however, by just how quiet and peaceful it was there. For the first time have I witnessed an ambience so silent and away from the normal crowded and loud hotel environments that it felt literally like therapy. I cannot recommend this place enough for those who want to sequester themselves from the mundane routine experience of city life for a bit. I plan on coming here again with my family in the future.

We visited insignia resort with family and our stay had been wonderful. It was a cheerful surprise. Extremely clean place with disposable bed covers was such a relief. Hot water was available. Food was tooo good which we were concerned about the most as we have 2 small kids. We got executive room and it was very spacious. Everything was up to the mark. Staff was very friendly. We're definitely gonna visit again soon...
